면역억제치료를 시행하는데, **1) 항흉선세포글로불린**(antithymocyte globulin, ATG), **2) cyclosporine**, **3) eltrombopaq**의 **3제요법을** 하게 된다. 이를 **삼중치료**(triple therapy)라고 한다.
